We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our store allows returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the bag is in its original, unused condition—with tags intact and packaging unopened. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must accompany the return.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (UK only) and detailed instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Exchanges are subject to availability—please inquire before returning.
